Should you notice anything wrong with your rug, please send us an image of the defect and we will be happy to take care of the issue for you.
Our products are made by hand. Variations in size, weight, pile evenness, colors and overall appearance are not considered manufacturing defects as they are inherent properties of being handmade. Also, expect some shedding of your rug, as it is made with natural fibers. None of these is covered by the warranty.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, Organic Weave reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the order.
Although our rugs and carpets may be suitable for the individuals with chemical sensitivities, Organic Weave does not guarantee that our clients will not react to our products. No guarantee or warranty is offered by Organic Weave with regard to our rugs and carpets and the effects they may have on an individual or their environment.
