Free shipping to the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Canada (Excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon - for these destinations, an updated shipping quote will be sent once we receive your order).
Outside of North America:
Free shipping to most other countries across the world. Duty and tax (VAT) on handmade rugs/carpets, if applicable in your country, are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation (with tracking number) will be sent by email once order is shipped.
Shipping Time: 1 to 3 weeks. Rugs may be shipped from directly from our mill in India.

RUSH SERVICE
We offer an express service for most rugs, with a 25% surcharge.
Delivery for most rugs would be 10 weeks, depending on the weaving technique. Please note that rush service may not be available for all rugs.

Refused Shipments
In the event that you refuse a shipment from Organic Weave Shop, or if you are not available to take delivery from the courier company, you are responsible for the cost of the rug, plus the original shipping charges to you, as well as all duties, taxes and custom charges. Additional charges will apply (including freight, duty, taxes and custom charges) if we attempt to deliver the rug again.
No refunds will be offered for refused or undeliverable shipments.
