SHIPPING

 

North America:

Organic Weave Ltd offers free shipping to the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Canada (Excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon) and other restrictions may apply.

 

Outside of North America:

Organic Weave offers free shipping to most other countries across the world.  Duty on handmade rugs/carpets, if applicable to your country, may be payable upon receipt of your order.

Orders will be processed within 7 business days before they are shipped. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email.  Please note: rugs may be shipped from Canada or from India.

 

RETURN POLICY

In Stock Rugs

Not happy with your rug?  In Stock Rugs (Non-Custom Rugs) with value over $1000 may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, when shipped to clients in North America.

Rugs must be in original condition and in original packaging or equivalent. Customers are responsible for organizing the return to our head office, and paying for the return freight charges. A restocking fee of 25% of invoice value will apply and be deducted on the refund.

Samples & Sample Kits

Samples and Sample Kits shipped to customers in North America may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping ($50), provided the samples are in perfect condition.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.  For more information, send us an email at: contact@organicweaveshop.com.  


EXCLUSIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

Custom Rugs, Used Rugs, Free Rugs, Clearance Rugs, Order Modifications or Cancellations, Merchandise Returns 


A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% will apply to all returns.

Returns for Defective Merchandise

Rugs received with damage or defects must be reported within 10 days from the date of shipment to Organic Weave Ltd. Customer Service by email. Past that period, claims will automatically be refused. Claims must be submitted in writing to Organic Weave Ltd Customer Service, via e-mail contact@organicweaveshop.com

You will be asked to provide the invoice and/or purchase order number, digital images of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem. Our Customer Service department will guide you through the return process if applicable.

Organic Weave Ltd reserves the right to determine if the rug will be repaired or replaced. All replacement product selection must be made within 10 business days of request.

 

Merchandise Damaged by Freight
Your rug has been carefully packed to exceed shipping requirements; however; on limited occasions, rugs may arrive damaged in transit. Upon receipt, if your package appears damaged, you must indicate on the freight bill all issues relating to the damage of the package and if possible take a digital picture of the package/damage. This must be communicated to Organic Weave Ltd Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of package. If your rug has been damaged in transit, we will file a claim with our shipping service provider and make arrangements to have them retrieve the rug. In this case, the rug becomes the carrier’s property. 

Merchandise damaged in transit and/or refused due to damage must be reported to Organic Weave Ltd. immediately. 

 

Manufacturing Defects

Our products are made by hand. Variations in size, weight, pile evenness, colors and overall appearance are not considered manufacturing defects as they are inherent properties of being hand-made. Also, expect some shedding of your rug, as it is made with natural fibers. None of these is covered by the warranty.

Customer should examine the products for any major discrepancy or non-conformity of quality. Any issues must be conveyed to Organic Weave Lts in writing within 10 days from receipt of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim, at our discretion.
