Our rugs are made to order. Delivery, depending on the size and construction, is typically 12 weeks. Please see product pages for delivery time of individual products.
Please note: 10'x14' and 12'x15' rugs may require an additional 4 weeks
We offer Rush Service for Flatweave and Handtufted rugs, with a 25% surcharge.
Custom Orders
A delivery time frame will be quoted at the time of purchase. The delivery time begins when the artwork is signed, and if a sample is made, when the sample is approved. Every effort will be made to honor the quoted delivery time.
Organic Weave reserves the right to deliver the rug(s), when the rug(s) are ready. Deliveries are subject to natural calamities and situations beyond our control.
